What is the Imposter Syndrome worksheet?

Mentalyc’s What is Imposter Syndrome? worksheet is a two-page true or false screen covering six patterns, from Self-Doubt to Downplaying Success. Each pattern carries two questions the client answers in a TRUE or FALSE column. Three Reflection Questions close the sheet, each pairing a question with a follow-up.

How to use the Imposter Syndrome worksheet

Give this as homework before you name the pattern, so the client meets Recognizing Imposter Syndrome as a set of questions rather than a label. Your clients can mark TRUE or FALSE alone in about ten minutes. Review only the sections that came back mostly TRUE, since working all six flattens the ones that matter. Leave the three Reflection Questions for the session itself, because clients rush them when the checklist runs long.

Imposter Syndrome Worksheet Download – What’s Included

The download is two printable pages, not a fillable form. It opens with a plain definition of the pattern. Six sections follow, each with a TRUE and FALSE column: Self-Doubt, Attributing Success to External Factors, Perfectionism, Overworking, Fear of Failure and Downplaying Success. Each section holds two questions. Page two closes with three Reflection Questions on a recent success, a negative belief, and one goal for the week.
