Responsibilities:
Targeted Sales Strategy: Craft and execute sales strategies tailored to major mental health providers, healthcare networks, and EHR partnerships.
Network Utilization: Leverage your existing contacts within mental health and behavioral health organizations to establish relationships and secure sales opportunities.
Self-Starter Sales: Initially, take a hands-on approach to sales, laying the groundwork for processes and relationships that will be essential as the sales team expands.
CRM and Sales Operations: Set up and manage CRM systems to track interactions with potential and current clients, ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to close.
Partnership Development: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with EHR vendors, aligning our AI scribe technology with their platforms to enhance value for mental health practitioners.
Sales Metrics and Reporting: Monitor sales performance against goals, providing transparent reporting and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
Team Building and Leadership: Prepare to recruit, mentor, and lead a sales team to further our reach and impact in the mental health sector.
Requirements:
Proven Industry Sales Experience: A minimum of 7 years in sales, with a substantial part of that within the mental or behavioral health sector, selling to or partnering with organizations like Lyra, Ginger, and other healthcare networks.
Established Industry Contacts: Pre-existing relationships with decision-makers in major mental health provider companies and an understanding of how to navigate these organizations.
Foundational Sales Skills: Proven ability to work independently, conducting the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Sales Operations Knowledge: Experience in setting up and optimizing sales processes and CRM systems, ready to be applied in a startup environment.
Partnership Building: Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and closing partnership deals, particularly with EHR systems.
Adaptive Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders and adapt messaging to different audiences.
Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, market analysis, and sales strategy development specific to the behavioral health field.
