Responsibilities:

  • Own and scale SEO as our core channel—drive blog growth while experimenting with new media formats and LLMs
  • Grow our partner network to new heights
  • Ensure unified branding and a reliable posting cadence across all channels
  • Experiment with new tactics and growth hacks
  • Own website optimization and conversion-rate optimization (CRO)
  • Set, track, and achieve targets for traffic, leads, MQLs, and CAC/LTV ratios—compensation tied directly to results
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of a full-stack marketing team
  • Own registration growth and collaborate with the Growth team on subscription scaling

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of scaling companies from multimillion-dollar ARR to tens or hundreds of millions in ARR
  • 5+ years in marketing (ideally prosumer) with 3+ years building and leading teams from scratch
  • Degree from a top-tier business or tech school
  • Proven scale-up track record: grew a startup to hundreds of employees and tens of millions in ARR
  • Deep expertise in SEO, paid acquisition, email automation, and CRO
  • Proficient with Mixpanel, Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console, financial/ROI modeling and SEO tools
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, including predictive modeling
  • Deep expertise in prosumer audiences and product-led growth (PLG) strategies
  • Exceptional hiring, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
