Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on psychotherapy, payer requirements, therapy progress and efficacy.
• Analyze note editing behaviors and gather clinician feedback to identify areas for improvement in AI notes.
• Introduce new note types and ensure compliance with industry standards based on research insights and clinician feedback.
• Develop strategies for measuring and tracking therapy progress.
• Collaborate with product and growth teams to optimize user experience and streamline AI-generated note adoption.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide product development and user experience improvements around note-taking and editing.
• Maintain strong relationships with clinicians and stakeholders for valuable feedback and insights.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to help clinicians effectively use AI-generated notes.
• Develop educational materials with marketing and communications team to promote AI-generated notes’ benefits and best practices.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Psychology, Psychotherapy, or a related discipline.
• Clinical experience in various therapy settings and modalities (individual, couple, family, child, group; CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy).
• Strong understanding of psychotherapy research, therapy progress analysis, and payer requirements for therapy notes.
• Experience with clinical documentation, case analytics, audits, and quality assurance.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA) and industry standards for therapy documentation.
• Basic understanding of data science principles or machine learning concepts
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and research skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing and conducting user surveys, usability tests, and other user research methods.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, R, Python).
