Responsibilities:

  • Content Marketing: Coordinate writers, influence content strategy, develop SEO strategies to boost visibility and drive organic traffic, test new formats (user interviews, videos, etc.), and manage organic posting and HARO outreach.
  • CRM: Manage segmentation, create funnels, improve conversion rates, conduct A/B testing, and optimize CRM processes with customer.io for increased satisfaction and retention.
  • CRO: Enhance commercial website and product onboarding experiences using conversion rate optimization tactics.
  • New Channel Exploration: Discover opportunities in new channels (affiliate, YouTube, Google Ads).
  • Community Management: Oversee and grow our Facebook community, fostering engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Set up and manage tracking systems, utilize UTM parameters effectively, and analyze marketing campaigns with Google Analytics 4 and other tools.
  • Team Leadership: Cultivate a collaborative, results-driven environment while growing and leading the team.
  • Company Growth: Drive sustainable growth through strategic initiatives, growth experiments, and optimization techniques.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and growth-related topics.
  • Experience in both top-of-the-funnel (TOFU) and bottom-of-the-funnel (BOFU) marketing strategies, including lead generation, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities; proficiency in Google Analytics 4, customer.io, and other marketing analysis tools.
  • Experience with growth hacking, experimentation techniques, content marketing, SEO, social media management, and new channel exploration.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills for effective team coordination and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in conversion rate optimization (CRO), onboarding optimization, CRM processes, and extensive BI/financial analysis.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes, maintain a solution-oriented approach, and balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term tactical execution.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and willingness to challenge the status quo.
