Courtney holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree as well as two Master of Social Work degrees in Childhood Studies and Social Work. They believe that sustainable change requires active community participation as well as the involvement of internal resources. Since then, they have devoted their professional career to advocating and supporting the LGBTQ+ community, and to educating others on mental health practices.
