What is the Waking Up Refreshed worksheet?

The waking up refreshed worksheet is a two page routine builder, split between the night before and the morning after. Page one asks for three relaxing pre-sleep activities and three tasks done the night before. Page two covers Morning Hydration, Light Exposure, Morning Movement, affirmations and gratitude.

How to use the Waking Up Refreshed worksheet

Use this sheet both in session and as homework. Fill Create a Pre-Sleep Routine in session, since three activities a client will actually do are harder to name than they look. Prepare for the Morning works better at home, where the client can see what the evening allows. Your clients can start with one section rather than the whole routine, because a client who commits to all nine sections usually keeps none.

Two printable pages, not fillable. Page one covers the night before: a bedtime that allows 7-8 hours, a wind-down alarm 30 minutes ahead of it, and three relaxing activities.
