What is the Emotion Thermometers worksheet?
The Emotion Thermometers worksheet prints six thermometers on one page, one each for Happy, Sad, Angry, Worried, Worn-out and Annoyed. Every thermometer is a three-point scale, labeled Not Happy at the bottom, Happy in the middle and Very Happy at the top.
How to use the Emotion Thermometers worksheet
Use this sheet both in session and as homework. Take a reading at a fixed moment rather than at the worst one, since a client who only marks the sheet during a spike loses the baseline. Ask for Very Worried or Not Worried on the same day, so the six readings can be compared against each other. Your clients can mark the page each evening and bring a week of readings to the session.
Emotion Thermometers Worksheet Download – What’s Included
The download is one printable page, not fillable. Six thermometers share the page: Happy, Sad, Angry, Worried, Worn-out and Annoyed. Each carries three fixed labels, from Not Angry through Angry to Very Angry, with no numbers and no writing lines. That keeps it quick for a child, and coarse for anyone tracking small shifts.
