Four free values worksheets in one download: a core values ranking list, a reflection and action plan, a personal values circles of influence sheet, and an ACT bull’s-eye exercise. Hand over one of them, not all four.

What this worksheet covers

This values worksheet set holds four sheets. The first asks a client to pick ten values from a numbered list and rank them one to ten. The others narrow to a top five, map values onto Myself, Family, Friends and Society, and score four life areas.

Three more worksheets on this topic

Four ways into the same question. Pick the one that fits your client. The ranking list is the sheet this page hands over first; the three below narrow to a top five, map values across life areas, and score where the client stands today.

Using these in session

Use them in session and as homework, and do not hand over all four. Start with either list-and-rank sheet, since both begin from a printed list and ranking is easier than recall. Move to Personal Values Circles of Influence when a client separates what they want from what is expected of them. Keep the Clarifying Your Values Bull’s-Eye for last, because it asks for a score on where you place yourself and an action per area. Your clients can complete the ranking between sessions and bring the reasons back.

What the download includes

Four printable pages, one per worksheet, each with a worked example and its source cited on the sheet. Two are list-and-rank sheets, one numbered one to ten and one asking for a top five with questions on why each value matters. One maps values across Myself, Family, Friends and Society. The last is a bull’s-eye over Work, Relationships, Personal Growth and Leisure.
