What is the OCD Exposure Hierarchy Packet?
The ocd exposure hierarchy pdf is a four-part packet that carries one ERP course from planning to review. Clients first list trigger situations against a Distress Rating of one to ten, then rank them. The later parts plan a single exposure, log distress before and after, and review what held.
How to use the OCD Exposure Hierarchy Packet
Use the packet both in session and as homework, and keep the four parts in order. Build the hierarchy first, ranking each Situation by Distress Rating from least to most distressing. Then plan one exposure on part two, breaking it into three smaller steps and listing coping strategies in advance. Your clients can run the exposure between sessions and fill the Distress Rating Before and After columns on part three. Part four is the review, and it belongs in session rather than at home.
