We’re building the future of therapy with AI, and you’ll be the person bringing that story to life. You won’t just “post on social.” You’ll:

  • be the voice therapists hear every day online,
  • launch and grow communities from scratch,
  • chase down new creative ways to get therapists talking about us,
  • and own the data behind what works and what doesn’t.

Responsibilities:

  • Ghostwrite and Create: Write posts (for the brand and our founders) that people actually want to engage with. Spin up simple but high-impact visuals in Canva/Figma.
  • Be Everywhere: Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter — and the communities we’ll build (Slack, LinkedIn Groups, Discord).
  • Spark Conversations: Jump into DMs, comments, and group chats. Make sure therapists feel heard and excited to be part of the movement.
  • Experiment Boldly: Run small campaigns, challenges, and community events. Launch new groups or formats and see what sticks.
  • Automate Smartly: Build smooth scheduling pipelines and use AI/automation tools to scale your work. But don’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves to do manual work when needed.
  • Measure What Matters: Track engagement, growth, and conversion KPIs. Test, learn, optimize — and show us the results.
