2. Responsibilities

  • Own and scale SEO as our core channel—drive blog growth while experimenting with new media formats and LLMs
  • Grow our partner network to new heights
  • Ensure unified branding and a reliable posting cadence across all channels
  • Experiment with new tactics and growth hacks
  • Own website optimization and conversion-rate optimization (CRO)
  • Set, track, and achieve targets for traffic, leads, MQLs, and CAC/LTV ratios—compensation tied directly to results
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of a full-stack marketing team
  • Own registration growth and collaborate with the Growth team on subscription scaling

3. Requirements

  • Proven track record of scaling companies from early growth to tens of millions in ARR
  • 5+ years in marketing—ideally prosumer—with 3+ years building and leading teams from scratch
  • Degree from a top-tier business or tech school
  • Proven track record of scaling a full stack marketing team to double digits
  • Deep expertise in SEO, paid acquisition, email automation, and CRO
  • Proficient with Mixpanel, Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console, and financial/ROI modelling
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, including predictive modelling
  • Deep expertise in prosumer audiences and product-led growth (PLG) strategies
  • Exceptional hiring, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills

  • Technically proficient with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)

5. Nice to Have

  • Experience in mental-health or health-tech
  • Demand generation experience in the US market
  • Management consulting background
  • Community-building expertise (Slack/Discord, membership platforms)
  • Python and SQL programming skills
  • MBA
