Responsibilities:

• Product Design Execution: Deliver high-quality, pragmatic designs quickly, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• User Research & Testing: Run focused, efficient user tests and research projects to gather actionable insights.
• Collaborative Build Process: Work daily with product managers, engineers, and therapists to ship smart, usable features fast.
• Design System Evolution: Help maintain and improve our design system for consistency and scalability.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience in product design, ideally within startups or other fast-moving environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both logical problem-solving and visual aesthetics.
• Hands-on skills with Figma, rapid prototyping, and testing tools (like Maze).
• Ability to move fast without sacrificing attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote, international team.
• Proven ability to transform data insights into practical designs decisions.
