Marketing UX Designer (WordPress / Webflow Specialist)

Responsibilities:

  • Website Ownership: Design and implement changes directly in WordPress and Webflow (must be fluent in both).
  • Conversion-Focused UX: Create user flows, landing pages, and interactions that maximize signups, demos, and conversions.
  • Design Systems: Maintain and extend the brand’s design system, ensuring consistency across web, product marketing, and campaigns.
  • Visual Assets: Create marketing visuals such as banners, social posts, and digital ads when needed.
  • Experimentation: Collaborate with marketing to test, iterate, and optimize design for performance (A/B testing, heatmaps, analytics insights).
  • Tools: Comfortable using Lovable, Figma, and other UX/marketing design tools.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in WordPress and Webflow — able to independently design and implement changes without relying on developers.
  • Strong foundation in UX design principles and best practices for conversion optimization.
  • Experience working with and evolving design systems.
  • Portfolio demonstrating marketing-focused design (websites, landing pages, campaigns, ads).
  • Strong visual design skills (typography, layout, hierarchy).
  • Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and data-driven decision making.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Motion/interaction design skills (e.g., micro-animations in Webflow).
  • Experience designing for SEO-driven websites.
  • Familiarity with growth marketing strategies and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
  • Prior experience in SaaS or B2B marketing.
