Responsibilities:
- Website Ownership: Design and implement changes directly in WordPress and Webflow (must be fluent in both).
- Conversion-Focused UX: Create user flows, landing pages, and interactions that maximize signups, demos, and conversions.
- Design Systems: Maintain and extend the brand’s design system, ensuring consistency across web, product marketing, and campaigns.
- Visual Assets: Create marketing visuals such as banners, social posts, and digital ads when needed.
- Experimentation: Collaborate with marketing to test, iterate, and optimize design for performance (A/B testing, heatmaps, analytics insights).
- Tools: Comfortable using Lovable, Figma, and other UX/marketing design tools.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in WordPress and Webflow — able to independently design and implement changes without relying on developers.
- Strong foundation in UX design principles and best practices for conversion optimization.
- Experience working with and evolving design systems.
- Portfolio demonstrating marketing-focused design (websites, landing pages, campaigns, ads).
- Strong visual design skills (typography, layout, hierarchy).
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
Nice-to-Have:
- Motion/interaction design skills (e.g., micro-animations in Webflow).
- Experience designing for SEO-driven websites.
- Familiarity with growth marketing strategies and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
- Prior experience in SaaS or B2B marketing.
