How to download the consent template from the Mentalyc app

Downloading the consent document directly from the Mentalyc is super easy and can be done in just 3 easy steps.

Go to your profile page by clicking on the icon at the top right corner. 

On your profile page click on the "download client consent template" button to download the document.
