It's important to note that compliance certifications often involve a third-party issuing “stamps,” and some companies may invest heavily in obtaining these stamps such as SOC2, HIGHSTUST, and ISO, for which the users will have to pay via high subscriptions. Mentalyc is compliant with all those but does not have paid certifications. In general, the key differentiator is that Mentalyc delivers excellent security and other features without the need for therapists to pay additional costs. We believe in providing superior features and security such as using full anonymization, more note options (PIRP, GIRP, SIRP, PIE etc.) including group and supervision management features, creating custom templates, and supporting dictation across formats, all while maintaining an affordable cost for our users.
What happens after I cancel my subscription?

After canceling, you will retain access to your credits until the end of the billing cycle you've already paid for, whether that's one month or one year from your last payment, depending on whether you had a monthly or yearly subscription. This period is based on your subscription's duration, not a calendar month. Once this period ends, you'll still be able to access your records, but you won't be able to create new notes. However, you can resubscribe at any time to regain full access.
How can I create a SIRP, BIRP, GIRP, PIRP or PIE note?.
