Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis, including regression models and cohort analysis, to uncover key insights.
  • Develop, manage, and fully understand key product KPIs within a product-led growth model.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to inform product strategy and roadmap.
  • Identify and analyze user segments based on behavior, needs, or attributes.
  • Analyze the quality of AI-generated notes and interpret user feedback to drive product improvement.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to deliver periodical reports and ad hoc data queries to aid cross-department decision-making.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive dashboards and reports that monitor key business and product metrics.
  • Translate complex data analysis into clear, understandable, and actionable business recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a product-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools.
  • Advanced understanding of statistical analysis, data visualization, and predictive modeling.
  • Proven experience performing cohort analysis, user segmentation, and predictive modeling to forecast user behavior and trends.
  • Strong familiarity with Generative AI in web applications.
  • Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights that drive successful business outcomes.

  • Experience with mental health documentation data.
  • Experience with Vertical SaaS, particularly Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
  • Experience or knowledge of the mental health industry from both provider and payer perspectives.
  • Experience working in early-stage hyper-growth startups.
  • Basic understanding or interest in machine learning and AI.
