Product Analyst with Data Science

Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced statistical analysis to derive key insights and guide product strategy, including regression and cohort analysis.
  • Oversee key product KPIs within a product-led growth framework, integrating user segmentation based on behavior and needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product roadmap with insights from AI-generated note analysis and user feedback.
  • Use business intelligence tools for essential reporting, maintaining comprehensive dashboards that track crucial business and product metrics.
  • Translate data analyses into clear business recommendations and maintain quality assurance metrics for note content and model output.
  • Develop and manage data science features (e.g., word frequency, clustering, topics) in the tool, ensuring effective display and integration in partnership with design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a product-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, statistics libraries, and business intelligence tools.
  • Advanced understanding of statistical analysis, data visualization, and predictive modeling.
  • Proven experience performing cohort analysis, user segmentation, and predictive modeling to forecast user behavior and trends.
  • Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights that drive successful business outcomes.
  • Experience with A/B testing.

  • Experience with marketing analysis, understanding SEO, CRM, performance marketing, and self-service strategies.
  • Experience with mental health documentation data.
  • Familiarity with Deep Learning & LLMs.
  • Experience with Vertical SaaS, particularly Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
  • Experience or knowledge of the mental health industry from both provider and payer perspectives.
  • Experience working in early-stage hyper-growth startups.
