We're searching for a highly motivated Customer Success and Sales Manager who is passionate about improving mental health services, has an understanding of UX principles, can fluently communicate with our American clientele, and possesses a strong understanding of SaaS business models. This key role will involve working directly with customers, managing their experience, driving sales through client engagement in our product-led growth strategy, and providing actionable UX insights for product improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing their needs and expectations.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable UX insights for the product team.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop, manage, and nurture customer relationships.
- Drive sales by responding to inquiries, pitching to potential clients, and negotiating contracts.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; native English speaker is preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally encompassing both customer success and sales in a SaaS or tech company.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with customer success software or CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of UX research and usability principles.
